Dr Tom Tan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, Australia with a primary focus in Online Consumer Behavior and has over 33 years of experience in training, entrepreneurship, operations, information technology and consulting.  He was also a business coach for Yayasan Innovasi Malaysia for their grass root entrepreneurs and started the first Internet training college in Malaysia. He also holds a Certification in Case Study Teaching Methods conducted jointly by Harvard Business School and Harvard Business Publishing.

Logan Herzog is obsessed with the power that startup ecosystems have to transform a regional economy. That's why he recently joined the GrowthX Asia ecosystem and moved from the US to Malaysia. He's spent his entire career in growth marketing, driving user acquisition and growth both in-house and as a contractor for startups, accelerators, and public companies. Logan co-founded Sidekicks, a growth agency with one goal: Reduce the startup mortality rate, one campaign at a time. He has worked with alumni from accelerators such as Y Combinator, 500 Startups, Techstars, and GrowthX. He spends as much of my free time as possible with my wife and two daughters. Otherwise you can find me pretending to be a blues guitarist or cheering on Bay Area sports teams.
